During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. cm2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or Malaysian bank statement for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes.
Your cm2 account is strictly for personal use. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, lend, or grant access to your account to any third party. cm2 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of shared login credentials.
Warning: Opening a cm2 account on behalf of another person, or registering using someone else's identity, is a serious violation that may result in legal action.
Cm2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, and other Malaysian banks). Cm2 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Users are required to ensure that the withdrawal method used is registered under the same name as their cm2 account.
Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms will be placed on hold pending investigation. cm2 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Important: cm2 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond cm2's control.

Reminder: Claiming multiple bonuses through multiple accounts, using false identities, or any other method to exploit cm2's bonus programme constitutes serious fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all remaining balances.

Sports Betting: All sports bets on cm2 — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports — are final once confirmed by the system, except in cases of verifiable technical errors. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent odds changes. cm2 reserves the right to void any bet where a significant odds error has occurred due to a system fault or data input error.
Live Casino & Slots: All Live Casino games and slots on cm2 use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator). Game results are final. cm2 is not liable for any losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
Poker: Poker games at cm2 are played against real players. Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and other formats follow standard international poker rules. cm2 charges a reasonable rake from each pot. An active anti-collusion system monitors all tables, and any violation will result in immediate account closure.
Lottery & E-Sports: Lottery and e-sports results follow official outcomes from recognised governing bodies. cm2 relies on trusted third-party data sources to verify these results.
Minimum & Maximum Bet: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, table, and account status. These limits are clearly displayed within the game interface. cm2 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

When an account is suspended or closed due to a violation, cm2 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including cash, bonuses, and any unprocessed winnings. cm2's decision in such matters is final.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the cm2 support team. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete, subject to any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through cm2's established process and, where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.
